HOW DO I BOOK A HAIR/MAKEUP ARTIST?
I would suggest booking your shoot date first and I will take your appointment with the consideration that a hair or makeup artist will meet you here at the agreed time you choose!
Then, If you take a look on the "Price List" page, you'll see photos of our trusted Makeup and hair artists, which you can click on and it will take you to their preferred method of contact! Otherwise, their details are listed below their photo. You are also welcome to contact your own artist - there is no obligation to use the artists we suggest!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
I always suggest SHEER (no control top) complete nylons that match your flesh tone - but only if you have any issues with your legs and don't want to edit them. At least one outfit to shoot in AND a USB key of minimum 2GB.
Most people like to bring unique accessories or a pair of heels! Bring what makes you happy, we'll do something awesome with it.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PROOF SHEET AND A HI-RES DIGITAL COPY?
This comes up a lot! The difference is simple. A PROOF SHEET looks like the image below on your screen, if you print it, put it online, whatever you do with it the photos will always be together on the sheet as you see below. You'll get 1-10 digital sheets like this depending on your session with a grouping of 18 or so images per page.
A HI-RES Digital Copy is basically the original JPEG or RAW file of each individual photo that can be printed, put online or whatever you'd like to do with it. You are not restricted to printing it with 18 other images or restrained by small formats. Hell, you can make wallpaper out of it if you'd like. With this option you can view and print each individual image as you see below:

HOW DO I BOOK LE SAINT MOTEL
You can contact me directly by text or email to book a date, one we confirm a date you can go to www.lesaintmotel.com and purchase your ticket for Le Saint Motel. You have two options for rental at Le Saint Motel: Public or Private. Different prices will apply to each option. Public means that there's a possibility that someone else may come in to take photos of themselves or friends. Private means that the only people at Le Saint Motel during your reservation will be you, me and the staff at Le Saint Motel. It is very important to arrive on time because there are slots before and after you reserved for other people. Paid parking is available behind the building, you'll see a big blue "P" sign leading to an alleyway near the 4000 saint-ambroise entrance.

POLICY FOR DEPOSITS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
All deposits and gift certificates and exchangeable but NON refundable. We're sorry for this inconvenience but unfortunately it's happened too many times that people haggle the prices, we book all the makeup artists, videographers etc... and then we're called to cancel. Please pay your deposit once you're positive of your date/group/attendance/etc... Of course, should something tragic happen or for some reason you are unable to attend - we will happily give you credit, in full, for any other service we offer. Cancellations under 48 hours are subject to loss of deposit, unfortunately. Thank you for your understanding.

WHAT KIND OF EDIT IS INCLUDED?
The edits included are a tone and colour finish, simple skin smoothing and enhancing of the features (make the eye makeup pop, lipstick shine etc...) NOT INCLUDED (but you can opt to pay for these services): Tattoo removal, changing hair colour, removing or adding a person or thing and anything beyond!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY RETOUCHED IMAGES?
Images are subject to the triage which is around a 3 week wait.

We have a special pupper who is at the studio occasionally, she's friendly and pretty much just snoozes the whole time. If you have a fear of dogs or any allergies let us know and we'll have her hang out elsewhere while you're here!
